Scope
This system consists of master station, directcurrent armature speed adjustment box, excitation regulator cubicle, armatur transformer, excitation transformer, output reactor and directcurrent quick switch. It is suitable for the vertical shaft, slant well in coal mine, metallurgy, nonferrous metals and other places which needs lifting equipments with large power and high performance and is used in the lifting unit with different modles drived by directcurrent motor. Then it replaces the electric control system composed of tranditional directcurrent motor group, relay and contactor.
1It adopts whole digit rectify speed governing device of Siemenz Company. The main loop adopts armature reversing, 6 pulsation or concatenation 12 pulsation directcurrent adjustment scheme with stalbe magnetic field to realize double closed cycle control of speed and elertric current.2The system of main control, supervising and safeguard protection can choose PFK controller and adopts double PLC control to form network system and realize the intellectualized control.
Application fieldSingle 6 pulsation directcurrent speed adjustment self-control equipment is suitable for delf lift whose motor power is less than 800kw. Concatenation 12 pulsation directcurrent speed adjustment equipment is suitable for shaft hoist whose motor power is between 500kw and 2500kw.Electric control equipment of concatenation 12 pulsation directcurrent speed adjustment is suitable for shaft hoist whose motor power is between 500kw and 2500kw.
Technical characterictic of shaft hoist
1) Whole digilized designShaft encoder and pressure transmitter are applied in hoist electric control which can realize the course, speed, setting, oil pressure etc of whole digilization. And the digilized mastercontroller and hand brake broker have the characteristics of accurate controlling, esay operation, low failure rate ect.
2) Software format designThis system adopts the design method of software format. The function that can be realized by software doesnt use hardware by no means. Therefore the hardware failure rate has decreased greatly.
3) Modularized designThis system adopts the modularized design thought which integrates many functions into the different circuit module, such as sound alarm module, adjustable gate module, current transformation module, power supply module etc. It saves the time of handling the failure.
4) Redundancy format design
It adopts exported PFK controller with excellent performance as the main controlling parts. Two PLC is redundancy mutually to form saft loop double line system.
5) anti-jamming designAccording to the design principle of anti-jamming design, some parts as input, output and power supply etc adopt anti-jamming method, which accords with the compatibility requirement of GB/T17626 electromagnetism. The whole system exclusively has compatibility test of electromagnetism and so the system is saft and stable.
6) Perfect lightning protection systemThere is perfect lightning protection system inside the key station. Exported lightning protection equipment is used to effectively improve the ability of against natural disaster.
7) The industrial control human-computer interface The industry display screen is used in electric control system to display the static and dynamic parameter of hoist, such as the condition of speed, course, oil pressure, speed drawing, force diagram, dot times and various switching value. This setup can completely replace the upper computer monitoring control system and it has the function of remote diagnosis and technology support and remote fault diagnosis on line. Additionally this disply screen installs failure memory and failure condition, which is convenent to find out the failure condition and reasons of hosit.
8) UPS power supplyIt adopts uninterruption power supply with the characteristic of sine wave and large enough power capacity as the power supply of controlling loop: Ensure the realization of electromagnetic compatibility index When it is sudenly power cut, it ensures the validity of secondary braking.
9) Voice alarm This system designs the saft loop control contact motion to remember the electrocircuit. Then various failurea causing motion will be remembered and the failure position will be concontinuously played and so it shortens the time of failure seeking greatly.
10) Omnibearing emergency measuresWhen the failure accurs in the coomputer system, the system can keep on operating as long as the transmission parts are normal.
11)The switch of various operation methodsXHTSK-1 direct current hoist electric control can realize the operation of full speed full load 12 pulsation and full speed half load 6 pulsation with easy switch. XHTSK-2 AC hoist electric control system and XHTSK-3 shaft hoist transduce electric control system to complete the control requirement of various operation method such as handmotion, self-motion and repair etc.
