 This system can be applied in floatation process in metal mine and non-metal mine. The control content includes slurry density, reagent adding amount and liquid level of the floatation tank. And the control target is to improve the grade of concentrate and recovery and reduce the production cost.

Content

Check the density and flowratio of original ore slurry on time. Change the openess of the magnetci valve and adjust the flowratio of dilution water by PID fixed value method to make the slurry before floatation stalbe in a setted scope.According to the dry ore amount before floatation, the floatation reagent addition level before floatation can be adjusted automatically. (first phase of adding According to the specific requirement of floatation technology stage, the floatation index can be optimize controlled and every addling level of reagent of every floatation cell can be adjusted automatically. (second phase of adding reagent)  

Effect of application

    Floatation automatic control can improve the operation condition, protect the environment and avoid the instability of floatation process system due to human factors. The product quality can be stabilized and the recory of floatation meterial can be improved based on reducing the reagent consumption and current drain. This system can increase the benefit with less workers and reduce the labor intensity of operators.
